Overview
We are seeking an experienced CT Supervisor to lead coiled tubing operations at the wellsite, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will supervise field operations, manage crew activities, and ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate coiled tubing operations, including rig-up and rig-down activities
- Plan and execute job requirements, including necessary calculations and procedures
- Monitor well control parameters before and during operations
- Conduct pre- and post-job equipment inspections and ensure readiness for operations
- Lead, mentor, and train service operators and assistants
- Oversee data acquisition, job logging, and end-of-well reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
- Coordinate equipment maintenance, clean-up, and preparation for subsequent jobs
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure optimal equipment functionality
- Drive customer satisfaction through efficient and professional service delivery
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in coiled tubing operations
- Proven supervisory experience in oil & gas services
- Strong knowledge of well intervention, nitrogen, and pumping operations
- Ability to perform job planning, calculations, and technical reporting
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of HSE and industry regulations
