Bridgers Consultants & Engineers is seeking highly experienced engineering professionals to join its Abu Dhabi team. The roles focus on engineering design within oil and gas projects, delivering high-quality technical solutions across civil, mechanical, instrumentation, and piping disciplines.

Key Responsibilities (General Across Roles)
- Lead or support engineering design activities for oil & gas projects
- Develop, review, and approve technical drawings, models, and engineering deliverables
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Provide technical guidance and support during project execution
- Utilize engineering software (including SP3D where applicable)
- Participate in project planning, design reviews, and client coordination meetings
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality engineering outputs
Requirements
For Positions 1–4 (Engineering Roles)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant engineering discipline (mandatory)
- 10–15+ years of engineering design experience (15+ years for lead roles)
- Strong background in Oil & Gas projects (mandatory)
- Experience in Middle East projects preferred
For Position 5 (SP3D Administrator)
- Engineering degree or diploma in a related discipline (mandatory)
- 10–15 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in SP3D administration and related engineering tools
Additional Requirements
- Ability to join immediately or within one month preferred
- Strong technical and analytical skills
