Key Responsibilities (General Across Roles)

- Develop and implement technical, design, and operational strategies
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulations
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communication
- Oversee contracts, commercial planning, and project controls where applicable
- Drive business development and strategic growth (for commercial/sales roles)
- Ensure high-quality project outcomes and successful delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior, managerial, or leadership roles
- Strong technical background in engineering, construction, or architecture
- Experience delivering complex projects is essential
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Strong stakeholder and client management experience
- Ability to work across multicultural teams and international environments
- Middle East project experience is an advantage
