Programme Overview
Successful candidates will undergo structured on-the-job 2-year training and gain exposure to:
Mining operations and production processes
Plant and equipment maintenance
Safety, health, and environmental practices
Technical reporting and performance monitoring
Cross-functional teamwork within mining operations
Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily operational and technical activities within your assigned department
Support supervisors and senior engineers in executing projects and maintenance tasks
Participate in inspections, reporting, and data collection
Ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Minimum Requirements
Recently graduated with a Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline listed above
Strong interest in the mining industry
Willingness to learn and work in a demanding environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
High level of discipline and integrity
