Lotic Bige Limited is seeking experienced Project Managers (Expats, Preferably Filipino) to be based in Port Moresby. We are looking for capable professionals with strong civil engineering backgrounds to lead and deliver key projects within our operations. Preference will be given to candidates currently working in Papua New Guinea.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, manage and deliver construction and infrastructure projects
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
Ensure projects meet safety, quality and regulatory standards
Monitor progress and provide regular reports to management
Lead site teams and ensure efficient execution of works
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager
Proven experience in construction, civil, or infrastructure projects
Strong leadership and project coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Experience working in Papua New Guinea is an advantage
