Role Purpose
Provide strategic financial leadership, oversee financial planning, reporting, compliance, treasury, and risk management. Ensure profitability, sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and shareholder value.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Manage cash flow, treasury, and working capital
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
- Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support growth
- Monitor and optimize organizational costs and profitability
- Supervise and develop the finance and accounting team
- Provide financial analysis and insights for decision-making
- Support business performance and long-term sustainability initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA is an added advantage)
- Qualified member of a recognised accounting body (e.g., ACCA, ICA, CIMA)
- Minimum 8–10 years experience in Finance and Accounting, with at least 5 years in a similar role (CFO or equivalent)
