Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough audits of financial records, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash management processes
Verify the accuracy and completeness of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and applicable standards
Assess compliance with tax obligations, financial regulations, and internal financial policies
Identify and report financial discrepancies, misstatements, and control weaknesses
Analyze financial data to detect trends, anomalies, or risk areas
Prepare comprehensive financial audit reports and present findings to senior management
Collaborate with the accounting team to improve financial processes and documentation
Liaise with external auditors and support the annual statutory audit process
Advise on best practices for financial management and reporting across all outlets.


Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
ACA or ACCA qualification (mandatory or near completion)
5–7years in financial auditing within a structured organization
Strong knowledge of IFRS, Nigerian GAAP, FIRS regulations, and tax compliance
Experience with multi-outlet or retail financial operations is a plus
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and high ethical standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
