JOB SUMMARY
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the organization's financial operations, ensuring sound financial management, preparation of financial statement, regulatory compliance, strategic financial planning, and effective utilization of financial resources. The ideal candidate will provide leadership in budgeting, financial reporting, treasury management, risk management, and financial analysis to support business growth and decision-making.
The successful candidate must possess strong analytical skills, excellent business acumen, and the ability to provide strategic financial insights to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
Prepare and present accurate financial reports to management.
Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and working capital.
Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Develop and strengthen financial controls and risk management frameworks.
Provide strategic financial advice to support business decisions.
Supervise and mentor finance team members.
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
· Professional certification: ICAN (Mandatory).
· Minimum of 9 years' relevant experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial position.
· Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation, budgeting, and financial controls.
· Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.
