Responsibilities:
1. Financial Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions
2. Financial Management:
- Manage financial operations, including accounting, treasury, and risk management
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, and other financial stakeholders
3. Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance and support
- Foster a culture of financial discipline and accountability
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
4. Risk Management & Compliance:
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
- Oversee internal controls and audit processes
- Ensure data integrity and security
5. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Partner with other departments to drive business growth and improvement
- Communicate financial performance and strategy to stakeholders, including investors and the board
- Build strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders
