Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic financial leadership and direction to support organizational goals
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal financial policies
Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk effectively
Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management and the Board
Drive cost optimization and revenue enhancement initiatives
Supervise and develop the finance team to ensure high performance
Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies
Ensure proper financial controls and governance frameworks are in place
Support business decision-making with data-driven financial insights
Oversee claims cost analysis, capitation, and provider payments within the health insurance framework
Requirements & Qualifications
ICAN certification is mandatory
Minimum of a postgraduate Degree (MBA, MSc Finance, or related field)
8–10 years’ progressive experience in finance, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
Proven experience in the health insurance/HMO sector is required
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
Proficiency in financial management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
