We are a globally recognised organisation looking for a detail-oriented Finance Operations Officer to join our Ghana finance team. This is a hands-on operational role where accuracy, consistency, and a positive team attitude matter as much as technical skill.
What you will do
• Process daily financial transactions accurately and in line with approved controls
• Prepare bank reconciliations across multiple accounts
• Post branch income and expenditure to the accounts system
• Support monthly payroll processing and related reconciliations
• Maintain organised and up-to-date financial records
• Assist with audit preparation and documentation
• Flag discrepancies and escalate exceptions promptly
What we are looking for
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Business-related field
• Part-qualified ACCA, ICA, or CIMA is an advantage
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a finance or accounts role
• Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations and transaction processing
• Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
