Job Summary
KEY Architectural Group is seeking experienced Project Managers to plan, coordinate, and oversee construction and development projects from initiation to completion.
The successful candidates will be responsible for project planning, resource allocation, budget management, quality assurance, contractor coordination, and ensuring that projects are completed within approved timelines and financial limits.
Candidates with extensive experience in construction project management and a strong record of delivering successful projects are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, work plans, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed according to approved timelines.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project costs and implement measures to control expenditure.
• Ensure construction work meets approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
• Identify project risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Conduct project meetings, site inspections, and progress reviews.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, safety standards, and contractual requirements.
• Prepare progress reports, financial updates, and project documentation.
• Resolve project-related challenges and escalate critical issues when necessary.
• Manage project variations, procurement activities, and contractor performance.
Qualifications and Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in project management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing construction or property development projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet demanding deadlines.
• Knowledge of construction standards, safety procedures, and quality assurance.
• Professional project management certification is an advantage.
