Role Description
The Business Development Executive at Oasis Studios will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining strong client relationships, and managing accounts. Key tasks include prospecting and networking, presenting company services to potential partners, and negotiating agreements to drive growth. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Accra, offering a collaborative and professional work environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
Strong skills in Business and Account Management
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to develop and implement effective strategies for client acquisition and retention
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using CRM tools and other business software is a plus
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
Experience in the creative, media, or photography industry is highly desirable
