Role Overview
Responsible for driving device financing sales through customer acquisition, product education, and meeting monthly targets. The role also includes proactive recovery follow-ups to reduce defaulters and maintain a healthy portfolio.
Key Responsibility
1. Identify, pursue, up-sell, and cross-sell business opportunities.
2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
3. Recruit, train, and manage Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs) to meet settargets.
4. Collaborate with internal teams, including Commercial and Back Office units.
5. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
6. Lead and execute effective recovery activities, including monitoring, outstanding payments, ensuring timely collections, and reducing bad debt exposure.
7. Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management.
8. Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
1. Minimum HND/Diploma in Marketing or related field, with 1-3 years sales experience (telecom or device financing preferred).
2. Strong product knowledge of smartphones/devices and the ability to explain financing plans and repayment terms clearly.
3. Proven ability to meet sales targets, generate leads, and close deals effectively.
4. Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
5. Strong recovery background/strategies to follow up on overdue customers and reduce defaulters.
6. Ability to conduct proper KYC, perform credit checks, and ensure accurate and complete documentation.
