Clinicals Product & Pathways Lead

About the Role
VivaFemini is seeking an experienced and innovative Clinical Products & Pathways Lead to
translate clinical knowledge, evidence-based practice and patient care requirements into safe,
effective and user-centered digital healthcare products.
You will work directly with our Product Management and Product Design teams to develop the
clinical requirements, care pathways, assessment frameworks and clinical content that underpin
VivaFemini's integrated women's healthcare ecosystem.
The successful candidate must combine substantial clinical experience with strong clinical
writing, research, digital health and multidisciplinary collaboration skills. You will work closely
with Clinical Governance, Medical Services, Nursing, Quality and Patient Safety to ensure that
clinical products and pathways undergo appropriate professional review and approval before
implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of clinical requirements and specifications for VivaFemini's digital
healthcare products.
● Work directly with Product Managers, Product Designers and Engineering teams to
translate clinical requirements into practical product features and user experiences.
● Develop clinical specifications for menstrual health, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum care,
perimenopause, menopause and other women's health services.
● Develop condition-specific clinical frameworks covering relevant women's health
conditions and associated care needs.
● Define clinical assessment questions, symptom-tracking requirements, patient-reported
outcomes and appropriate clinical decision-support requirements.
● Contribute clinical expertise to the development of electronic health records, telehealth
services, healthcare professional platforms and other digital healthcare solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in nursing, Medicine, Midwifery or another relevant clinical
healthcare discipline.
● Current professional registration and a valid license to practice, where applicable.
● Minimum of 7 years of relevant clinical experience, including substantial experience in
clinical pathway development, clinical education, healthcare quality improvement, digital
health or a closely related field.
● Strong knowledge of women's health, evidence-based clinical practice and
multidisciplinary healthcare delivery.
● Demonstrated experience developing clinical guidelines, care pathways, clinical
protocols, assessment frameworks or similar clinical documentation

 Excellent clinical writing, research, critical appraisal and documentation skills.
● Ability to translate complex clinical information into clear, structured requirements for
non-clinical and technical teams.

Additional Advantages
● A postgraduate qualification in Women's Health, Public Health, Advanced Clinical
Practice, Health Informatics, Digital Health or a related discipline.
● Previous experience in FemTech, HealthTech, digital healthcare product development or
clinical informatics.
● Experience working directly with Product Managers, Product Designers, software
engineers or digital transformation teams.
● Demonstrated experience developing clinical pathways or digital health solutions
covering reproductive, maternal or other women's health services.
● Experience developing clinical decision-support systems, digital symptom assessments or
AI-enabled healthcare products.
