Licensed Practical Nurses

Job Description
MARGS Global Talent LLC is seeking qualified and licensed Practical Nurses to provide professional nursing care and support patients’ health and recovery. Successful candidates will deliver patient-centered care, carry out nursing procedures within their authorized scope of practice, monitor patients’ conditions, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with established clinical guidelines.
•  Monitor patients’ conditions and report significant changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Administer prescribed treatments and medications within the authorized scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
• Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and healthcare quality standards.
•  Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
•  Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and respect for patient confidentiality.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Completed higher secondary school education.
• An accredited Practical Nursing qualification obtained through a recognized training programme, typically lasting two years after high school, or an equivalent qualification accepted by the relevant regulator.
• Valid professional license or registration as a Practical Nurse.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Dataflow verification and QCHP licensing requirements must be satisfied where applicable.
•  Valid Intermediate Life Support (ILS) certification.
• Strong clinical judgement, technical nursing skills, and knowledge of basic nursing protocols.
•  Excellent time-management, communication, and patient-care skills.
