Job Description
MARGS Global Talent LLC is seeking compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Assistants to provide essential support to patients in healthcare facilities. The successful candidates will assist with daily patient care, support patient comfort and safety, and work alongside healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care.
• Support patient mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Observe and report changes in patients’ conditions to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Maintain patient dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Follow established health, safety, and infection prevention procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a hospital, rehabilitation center, or long-term care facility is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist patients with physical activities, including lifting, using proper techniques.
• Excellent communication, empathy, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to patient confidentiality and professional ethics.
