Job Description
MARGS Global Talent LLC is inviting applications from qualified and experienced Nurse Technicians to support nursing teams in delivering safe and effective patient care. The successful candidates will assist with clinical procedures, monitor patients, maintain accurate records, and follow established healthcare protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist nurses and other healthcare professionals with patient care.
•  Monitor patients and report changes in their health conditions.
• Support basic clinical procedures within the scope of professional practice.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
•  Follow infection prevention, safety, and patient confidentiality procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients and members of the healthcare team.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Completed higher secondary school education.
•  A recognized nursing diploma or equivalent qualification, with the required duration of education and training.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Nurse Technician.
• Relevant professional licensing or certification, such as CNA or CPCT, as applicable.
• Data Flow and Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP) requirements must be met where applicable.
•  Valid Intermediate Life Support (ILS) certification.
•  Strong understanding of medical terminology, basic anatomy, and infection control.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
