We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 


Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Providing product information and solutions to customers
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborating with other teams to resolve customer issues



Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude

Must reside within La, Teshie, Nungua, Spintex and its environ.
