Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires professionalism, patience, and efficiency in handling communication across multiple platforms.


Job Description:

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in customer support or call center operations. Working closely with internal teams, the Customer Service Representative will help maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent service that reflects the company’s commitment to quality and reliability.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
  • Process orders, handle complaints, and provide accurate product information.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure prompt delivery and resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and service records.
  • Follow up on customer feedback and ensure issues are resolved effectively.
  • Prepare daily or weekly reports on customer interactions and satisfaction.
  • Support marketing and communication initiatives related to customer engagement.
  • Ensure professionalism and confidentiality in all customer dealings.
  • Be available to work on Saturdays and holidays as required.
