Job Description
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will act as a strategic partner to our clients, understanding their business needs and providing recruitment solutions that attract and retain the best candidates. You will also contribute to business development initiatives to expand the company’s client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand clients’ business needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job briefing, candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and placement.
- Source top talent using job boards, social media (especially LinkedIn), databases, and headhunting techniques.
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain strong client and candidate relationships, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in recruitment agency or HR consultancy.
- Strong understanding of the Ghanaian labour market and employment regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobberman).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a target-driven environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
