About the Role:

We’re looking for a customer-focused and technically knowledgeable Service Advisor to act as the bridge between clients and our service department. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth service experience by accurately diagnosing customer needs, coordinating service schedules, and providing timely updates and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assess their service needs through active listening and inquiry
  • Provide accurate estimates for service and repairs, explaining costs and timelines
  • Schedule appointments and manage service workflow efficiently
  • Liaise between customers and technicians to ensure clear communication
  • Maintain detailed records of service requests, work performed, and customer interactions
  • Upsell recommended services and maintenance packages when appropriate
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up after service completion

Qualification:
- Skilled Worker (class 1) Journeyman certified in motor mechanics
- National diploma in Automobile
- Class 2 driver’s licence
- A minimum of 2 years post qualification experience as motor mechanic/Auto Electrician
- Competent in fault diagnosis and rectification.
