We are seeking a customer-focused Help Desk Officer to provide technical support and troubleshoot IT issues for clients and internal staff, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.




DESCRIPTION:

The Help Desk Officer will respond to IT-related inquiries, resolve technical issues, escalate problems when necessary, and maintain documentation of support requests. The role ensures timely assistance to end-users and supports the IT department’s operations.




KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Respond to IT support requests from clients and staff.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Escalate complex problems to senior IT personnel.
  • Maintain records of support requests and resolutions.
  • Assist with software installations, updates, and maintenance.
  • Provide excellent customer service and guidance on IT usage.
