We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent support to clients via phone, email, and social media. You will coordinate with internal teams to resolve inquiries efficiently and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar customer service/call center role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional, organized, and available on Saturdays and holidays
