Role Overview:
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our loan recovery team. You will be responsible for following up with clients who have overdue loan payments and guiding them through repayment arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to clients with outstanding payments via calls and messaging platforms
Clearly explain repayment options and discuss suitable solutions
Educate clients on loan terms and the consequences of non-payment
Accurately document all interactions, agreements, and follow-ups
Handle disputes or concerns with professionalism and empathy
Ensure all recovery activities follow company policies and legal standards
Collaborate with the team to meet daily and monthly targets
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confidence when handling difficult conversations
Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Experience in debt recovery or customer service is a plus
Must live in or around Broadcasting and its surrounding areas
