E-commerce Operations Coordinator
Reports To: Operations Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operations Coordinator to manage daily marketplace activities, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, vendors, and fulfillment teams. You will be responsible for overseeing order flow, supporting vendor onboarding, and delivering excellent customer service across our platform.
Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment & Coordination
- Monitor and manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, ensuring timely processing and delivery
- Collaborate with logistics teams to resolve delays or delivery exceptions
- Track and report on order performance metrics
Vendor Onboarding & Support
- Guide new vendors through the onboarding process, ensuring their listings and profiles are complete and accurate
- Provide ongoing support to vendors regarding order management, payments, and platform usage
- Monitor vendor performance and flag issues for escalation
Customer Service & Issue Resolution
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback across channels (e.g., email, phone, chat, social)
- Resolve order issues quickly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
- Escalate recurring issues or bugs to the relevant teams
Process Optimization & Reporting
- Maintain operational records and dashboards for orders, vendors, and customer interactions
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to increase efficiency
- Support operations leadership with ad hoc reports and analysis
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years’ experience in e-commerce, logistics, customer service, or operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Tech-savvy; experience using CRM tools, order management systems, or e-commerce platforms is a plus
