Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of Debonair Afrik’s office and team
• Streamline workflows to ensure smooth execution of creative projects and events
• Manage resources, timelines, and budgets across multiple initiatives
• Support project leads in delivering innovative, high-quality work
• Foster a collaborative, structured, and efficient work environment
Qualifications:
• Strong background in operations or project management (experience in creative, fashion, or media industries is a plus)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for African fashion, culture, and creative industries
