Requirements:
- Education Background: Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or Chemical Engineering.
- Graduation Year: Must have graduated no later than 2022.
- National Service: Must have completed National Service.
- Age: Must not be more than 27 years old by December 2024.
Expectation:
Upon completion of the EiT program, a trainee will gain:
- practical experience and knowledge of the entire cement production process
- a sound understanding of plant equipment, functions, and operational procedures.
- a basic understanding of other business lines and business relevant functions
- well-founded theoretical knowledge of cement production
