Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute brand activations, promotional campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, and corporate events.
Develop event concepts and activation plans that increase brand awareness and consumer engagement.
Coordinate with internal departments, agencies, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure seamless event execution.
Manage event logistics, including venue selection, equipment, permits, transportation, branding materials, and staffing.
Monitor event budgets and ensure activities are delivered within approved costs.
Supervise brand ambassadors, promoters, and event support teams during activations.
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of events and activations through post-event reports and performance analysis.
Ensure brand consistency across all event materials and customer touchpoints.
Support trade marketing initiatives and collaborate with the sales team to maximize campaign impact.
Stay informed on industry trends and recommend innovative activation ideas to strengthen the company's market presence.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in event management, brand activation, trade marketing, or marketing communications.
Experience in FMCG, agribusiness, retail, or a multinational organization is highly desirable.
Proven experience managing multiple events and projects simultaneously.
