Role Purpose
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Specialist Intern to join our digital marketing team. You will focus on improving our online visibility, increasing organic traffic, and optimizing our presence across web and search platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify optimization opportunities.
- Execute on-page optimization tasks including meta-tag creation, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Perform on-page SEO audits: title tags, H1/H2, meta descriptions, URL structure, and image alt attributes.
- Assist in link-building initiatives to strengthen domain authority.
- Work with content creators to implement SEO best practices.
- Use SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ubersuggest) to monitor and report on performance.
- Translate research results into strategic recommendations that enhance content performance and discoverability.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
Skills
- Basic understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Familiarity with keyword research and SEO analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and stay updated on SEO trends.
