KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and high performance
- Lead and support team members to achieve set goals
- Identify, develop, and maintain new business opportunities and partnerships
- Strengthen client relationship and ensure customer satisfaction
- Support management in implementing growth and operational strategies
- Prepare and submit periodic performance activity reports
- Oversee the operations and business growth of a group of companies in the hospitality and travel industries.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field with 3-5 years of experience
- Proven experience in supervision, operations, or business development roles
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
WORK SCHEDULE
- The successful candidate must be available to work onsite on weekends, as required to support operational needs demand, in addition to regular weekday working hours. Job location is at Adjiringanor, Accra, Ghana.
