Job Description

Clatural is a fast-growing fashion brand committed to delivering premium-quality apparel that blends creativity, craftsmanship, and elegance. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven professional to join our team in the dual role of Executive Assistant + Quality Control & Sales Specialist.

This unique position combines executive support,  quality assurance, customer relationship  management, and  business development. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the CEO, maintaining our luxury quality standards, and driving sales growth while contributing to the continued success of the Clatural brand.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and daily schedule.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, emails, reports, and official documentation.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO, internal teams, clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
  • Track action items and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
  • Support strategic projects and other business initiatives as directed by the CEO.

Quality Control

  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with Clatural’s premium quality standards.
  • Conduct quality inspections throughout production and before customer delivery.
  • Identify defects or inconsistencies and work closely with production teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure consistency in craftsmanship, finishing, sizing, and packaging.
  • Maintain quality control records and prepare quality assurance reports.
  • Recommend continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

Sales & Business Development

Fashion & Style

  • Execute sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Represent Clatural professionally at networking events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Marketing & Brand Growth

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Assist in creating engaging content for social media and promotional activities.
  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Contribute ideas that strengthen Clatural’s brand positioning and customer experience.
  • Promote customer loyalty through exceptional service and relationship management.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in:
    • Business Administration
    • Marketing
    • Fashion Management
    • Communications
    • Public Relations
    • Or a related discipline.

Professional certifications in Sales, Marketing, Project Management, or Executive Administration will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2–4 years’ professional experience in Executive Administration, Sales, Customer Service, Fashion Retail, Business Development, or Quality Control.
  • Previous experience within the fashion, apparel, retail, or luxury goods industry will be a strong advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Strong administrative and executive support skills.

  • Digital marketing and social media management experience is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience using CRM systems and project management tools is desirable.
