Job Description

The Front Desk Associate serves as the first point of contact for customers at the franchise store. This role manages sales transactions, customer feedback, inventory monitoring, and store presentation while supporting sales and marketing activities. The associate will receive training in brand, sales, and operations and is expected to demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and a strong problem-solving mindset.



Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate in-store sales for walk-in customers and outgoing orders
  • Ensure excellent customer service and positive in-store experience
  • Record all sales daily in the online Point of Sales (POS) system
  • Manage customer relationships and collect regular feedback
  • Share customer feedback with the Operations Manager for improvement strategies
  • Inspect stock physically to ensure quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized store in line with standards
  • Coordinate cleaning of the franchise premises
  • Capture and reconcile data from sales and production teams
  • Manage inventory, store assets, and customer complaint records
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with the delivery team
  • Execute sales and marketing activities within the assigned territory
  • Conduct direct field sales to households, businesses, and retailers
  • Collaborate with the store team to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Promote brand awareness in the territory

1,350 - 1,350 GHS
