Key Responsibilities:
▪️Serve as the first line of contact for all visitors and callers, ensuring a warm, professional welcome and prompt assistance.
▪️Manage all incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and route them to appropriate staff or departments.
▪️Maintain the reception area, ensuring it reflects the company’s brand and is always neat and organized.
▪️Coordinate deliveries, mail, and correspondence efficiently.
▪️Support meeting coordination and room scheduling for internal and external engagements.
▪️Provide general administrative and logistical support to HR and Operations teams as needed.
▪️Assist in onboarding activities by directing new hires, maintaining visitor logs, and ensuring proper documentation flow.
Requirements
▪️Minimum of HND or equivalent qualification in Administration, Business, or related fields.
▪️Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
▪️Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
▪️Proficiency in MS Office Suite and comfort using digital tools or scheduling platforms.
▪️Professional appearance, discretion, and attention to detail.
▪️Ability to maintain composure and efficiency in a fast-paced, tech-oriented environment.
▪️1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a corporate or tech setting.
