Responsibilities:
- Responsible for receiving visitors in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintaining employee and department directories as a guide for directing visitors.
Requirements:
- Fluency in multiples languages, especially French
- Optimistic, perceptive, resourceful, and solution-oriented
-Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and adopt to changing
- Tech-savvy, familiar with CRM systems and office tools
