Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the company.
• Oversee daily business operations and ensure operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Lead, motivate, and manage departmental teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Monitor and evaluate business performance and implement improvement initiatives.

Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a managerial or senior leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage teams and business operations effectively.
• Experience in a sales-driven environment is required.
• Experience in the automobile industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.
• Strong business development and performance management skills.
• Proficiency in modern business tools and reporting systems.
• Must be active on LinkedIn with a professional profile.
• Ability to leverage LinkedIn for networking and business engagement is a strong advantage.
Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or other advanced professional qualification will be an added advantage.
