Job Purpose

To assist the Director, Legal & Corporate Affairs, to lead and coordinate the Institute’s corporate communications, branding, marketing, and events functions in support of its statutory mandate under Act 1058. The role ensures effective stakeholder engagement, including government, regulators, members, and the public, while enhancing the Institute’s visibility, credibility, and influence.

The role also serves as the Institution’s lead moderator and Master of Ceremonies (MC) for high-level events, ensuring professional facilitation of engagements involving senior government officials, council members, and local and international stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Professional qualification from CIM-UK, or CIMG, or the Institute of Public Relations, Ghana.
  • Minimum of 15 years’ relevant experience in corporate affairs, communications, marketing, or events management.
  • Proven experience in moderating events or serving as an MC at professional or high-level functions.
  • Experience working within a professional body, regulatory institution, or corporate environment is an advantage.
