Are you a passionate Early Years educator with strong leadership experience? We're looking for an exceptional Nursery Manager to lead our Early Years Department and create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring learning environment where children can thrive.
In this role, you'll lead and mentor a team of educators, ensure the delivery of a high-quality EYFS curriculum, maintain excellent safeguarding standards, and build strong partnerships with parents and staff.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in an International Early Years setting
• Minimum 3 years' experience leading or managing a Nursery/Early Years Department
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and international curricula
