Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee the company’s daily business operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and business growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Lead, motivate, and manage teams to achieve organisational objectives.
• Monitor business performance and ensure operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute business development and growth strategies.
Requirements
• 10–15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong background in sales, business development, and operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive business growth.
• Excellent commercial awareness and management skills.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities.
Qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• A master’s degree or relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage.
