Job Description
Enza is seeking an experienced risk management professional to lead its risk management function in Egypt. The successful candidate will oversee the company’s risk management framework, identify and assess potential business risks, and provide independent risk oversight to support effective decision-making and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development and implementation of risk management strategies.
• Identify, assess, and monitor operational and business risks.
• Oversee the company’s risk management framework and internal controls.
• Provide independent risk assessments and reports to the Board Risk Committee.
• Advise senior management on risk mitigation strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Extensive professional experience in risk management.
• Strong knowledge of electronic payments and operational risk.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to assess complex risks and recommend effective solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
