Responsibilities:
- Lead LBC operations and drive market growth
- Manage COCOBOD and key stakeholder relationships
- Oversee budgets, risks, and commercial performance
- Drive sourcing and business development initiatives
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- 10+ years' agribusiness or commodities experience
- Strong knowledge of Ghana's cocoa industry
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
