Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise field operations and sector teams
- Oversee cocoa purchasing, storage, and inventory management
- Manage operational budgets, funds, and reporting
- Drive market development and ensure quality compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' commercial experience
- Knowledge of Ghana's cocoa industry and sustainability standards
- Strong leadership, financial, and analytical skills
- English plus a Ghanaian cocoa-belt language
