Head of Finance
You will be responsible for day-to-day financial management, fund accounting and treasury management, ensuring financial integrity whilst upholding the company's values.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Budgets management for the Company and the Investment Schemes
- Financial accounting and reporting for the Company and the Investment Schemes
- Management, Board and Group financial reporting
- Management of audits for the Company and the Schemes
- Statutory and regulatory financial compliance
- Leadership of Finance team.
Key Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' work experience in Finance/Accountancy roles. Experience in investment banking will be an advantage
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related area from a recognised university
- Member of a recognised professional body such as ICAG or ACCA
- Strong working knowledge of financial accounting and reporting in the fund management industry
- Strong quantitative, analytical and financial modelling skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and technological tools for financial analysis and reporting
- Attention to detail, results-driven and innovative capacity to enhance financial performance
- Understanding of standards of data privacy, confidentiality, business principles and values.
- Strong oral and written communication, and presentation skills
