POSITION: HR Assistant (Harare)
We're looking for an HR Assistant to support key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, record management, and payroll data processing. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and proactive in coordinating HR activities such as training, performance tracking, and employee support while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in all HR operations.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related (essential).
• 2 years of experience as an HR assistant (essential).
• Effective HR administration and people management skills.
• Exposure to payroll practices.
• Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
