RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
* Support HR operations including employee records management and leave administration
* Participate in performance management and employee engagement activities
* Assist in coordinating training and development programs
* Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
* Provide support in payroll preparation and benefits administration
* Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management
* Knowledge of HR principles and practices
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Eagerness to learn and a positive, professional attitude
