Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and analytical HR Officer – Reward & Recognition to design, implement, and manage employee reward programs that foster motivation, engagement, and performance. This role plays a key part in aligning compensation and recognition strategies with organizational goals and employee expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Required:
* Minimum 3-5 years' HR experience, with at least 2 years in reward, compensation, or HR analytics.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel or HRIS tools.
* Understanding of Ghanaian labour laws, tax, and statutory deductions.
* High attention to detail and integrity in handling confidential data.
