Job Description:



The HR Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions, maintaining employee records, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes
  • Handle employee relations and grievance issues professionally
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws
  • Coordinate staff training and development programs
  • Support payroll processing and leave management
