*GROUP HR MANAGER*

Requirements:
- A Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology or related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar or senior HR role (preferably in a multi-branch or diversified organization).
- Strong knowledge of Zimbabwean Labour Law and NEC regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
- Aged below 35 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures across all business units.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding of staff.
- Manage employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Ensure compliance with the Labour Act and relevant NECs (Catering, Retail, and Motor Industry).
- Coordinate performance management and staff appraisal systems.
- Handle payroll coordination and ensure accuracy in HR records.
- Drive training and development initiatives to enhance staff performance.
- Maintain effective communication and promote a positive organizational culture.
- Advise management on HR best practices and labour law compliance.
