Are you a top achiever with a passion for creating a positive and productive workplace? I am looking for an efficient and versatile Human Resources Officer to join my client's HR team. The successful incumbent will be a key contributor in driving a high-performing, engaged, and inclusive company culture.
đź’ˇ What You Will Be Doing:
âś… Recruitment and Onboarding
âś…Policy and Procedure Implementation
âś…Performance Management
âś…Employee Welfare, Relations and Engagement (including legal
compliance)
âś…Payroll Administration
đź’ˇ What We Are Looking For:
âś… Degree in Human Resources Management from a reputable institution.
✅A minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar HR role
âś…Strong knowledge of Zimbabwean labour laws and HR best practices
âś…Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
âś…Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems is a requirement.
âś…High emotional intelligence and ethical judgment
âś…Strong ethics and reliability
âś…Problem solving and decision-making aptitude
