Job Description:



As the Director HR, your responsibilities will include: 


  • Overseeing all HR functions (recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, training, compliance)  
  • Designing & implementing HR strategies and policies aligned with the university’s mission & growth objectives  
  • Leading employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives  
  • Developing leadership and professional development programs for faculty and staff  
  • Managing payroll, attendance systems, and ensuring integrity of HRIS data  
  • Ensuring compliance with labour laws, institutional standards, and HR best practices  
  • Acting as a strategic advisor to senior management on people-related matters and organizational structure  
  • Promoting a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement  






Qualifications & Requirements:



  • Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/MS preferred)  
  • 8 to 10 years of proven experience in a senior HR role — preferably in academia, corporate, or large-scale institutions  
  • Strong understanding of strategic HR planning, organizational development, and HR operations  
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills  
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
